Cities Under Watch sells digital products only. No physical shipping is required unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Instant access
Purchased files are made available after successful checkout. Users can access downloads from the order success page and, when logged in, through their account downloads page.
Account access
Logged-in customers can return later to view order history and re-download eligible purchased files through the account area.
File delivery
Download access depends on the purchased product and the files attached to it. If a file appears to be missing, contact support with your order details.
No shipping required
As these are digital editions, there are no shipping fees and no postal delivery times to account for.
