Refunds
Digital purchase policy
Because products are digital and download access is provided immediately after successful purchase, refund eligibility is limited.
General position
Refunds are generally not offered once a digital product has been delivered or made available for download.
Possible exceptions
A refund may be considered where there is a technical issue, duplicate order, or another clear problem that prevents the customer from receiving what was purchased.
Order issues
If you believe there has been an error with your purchase, use the contact page and include your order number so the issue can be reviewed.
Review process
Each request is assessed individually. Approval is not automatic and may depend on the circumstances of the order.
